Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery.
• To request an exchange, contact us at support@mikensho.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at support@mikensho.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send you instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or send your exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank.
